At InfinIT Technology, LLC, we stand behind the hardware we deploy. To ensure we can continue providing competitive pricing and local stock, we adhere to the following return guidelines:
20-Day Window: We offer a refund within the first 20 days of your purchase. After 20 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange of any kind.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it, including all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
Restocking Fee: All eligible returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover testing, re-certification, and administrative costs.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom-ordered equipment or software licenses that have been activated cannot be returned.
Our Technology Assurance model relies on predictable cash flow to maintain our 24/7 security operations.
Due Date: Payment is due in full by the published due date listed on your invoice.
Late Fees: We offer a 15-day grace period. Any payments exceeding 15 days past the due date will be subject to a 1.5% late fee.
Recurring Penalties: This 1.5% fee will continue to accrue every 30 days until the outstanding balance is cleared.
Suspension of Service: Invoices more than 45 days past due may result in a temporary suspension of non-critical support services until the account is brought current.
Note: VoIP usage charges (SIP Trunks) are billed in arrears based on actual carrier usage. All other Assurance and Managed Services are billed in advance.
