• To provide quotes for our Assurance Tiers (Core, Flex, Elite).

• To manage and troubleshoot your network and voice infrastructure.

• To maintain your Live Inventory Tracker for accurate monthly billing.

• No Sale of Data: We do not, and will never, sell your personal or business data to third parties or advertisers.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

To deliver enterprise-grade IT, we partner with specialized vendors. These partners only receive the minimum data necessary to function:

• Google: For website hosting and form processing.

• 3CX & SIP Providers (e.g., Voxtelsys): For provisioning your phone system and routing calls.

• Security Partners: Our SOC and MDR providers receive technical system logs to monitor for threats.

4. VoIP & Communication Privacy

For our 3CX clients:

• We do not record calls unless explicitly requested and configured by you for business purposes.

• Call Detail Records (CDRs) are maintained for billing and troubleshooting but are treated as confidential business information.

• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) on all administrative accounts.
